Police and Fire responded to a fully engulfed tractor trailer unit at Ritchie and Son on Ballardvale Street. (3:58am)
J. Reyes (21, Lowell) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; Speeding; and Marked Lanes Violation. Vehicle struck a pole on Lowell Street. (6:29am)
A Boutwell Street resident reported a truck went by his house and struck both his green recycle barrels, destroying them. No video or witnesses. Police notified DPW. (12:25pm)
F. Batista Cordeiro (30, Revere) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Speeding. (3:50pm)
