WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, December 29, 2025:
J. Theriault (37, Nashua, NH) was arrested for Receiving A Stolen Vehicle; Interfering With A Police Officer; and Distributing The Peace K. Yonge (38, Derry, NH) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage. Vehicle struck a pole on Butters Row. (8:58am)
A 2-vehicle crash occurred on Main Street. One operator was transported by the Fire Department. One vehicle towed. (2:16pm)
Resident reporting train gates are malfunctioning at Woburn Street and Quail Run. A train went through 10-15 minutes ago — gates went back up but the lights are still flashing. Police notified Keolis. A crew was already working on the situation. (4:56pm)
Taxi service reported a male was picked up from the airport and does not have funds to pay the driver. Police responded, restored the peace and an agreement between the parties was made. (5:45pm)
