WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, December 28, 2025:
Police put out a small patch of smoldering mulch in the rear of Grace Chapel. Fire Department confirmed. (7:02am)
A caller reported the back window of his truck appears to have been shattered, possibly by a pellet gun. Caller thinks incident occurred in Wilmington. (4:05pm)
A car struck a rock wall on Chestnut Street. No injuries noted. Vehicle towed. (7:30pm)
Security reported vehicles were doing donuts in the Shriners parking lot. Vehicles were leaving as police arrived. (9:01pm)
Police advised DPW to start sanding the roadways. (11:26pm)
