WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for December 27, 2025: Winter Parking Ban Leads To Lots Of Tickets; Shoplifting At Target?; Driver Served Summons

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, December 27, 2025:

Police issued winter parking citations to 10 vehicles on Pouliot Place which were hindering snow removal process. (3:34am) Citations were also given on Morgan Road (4:43am); Quail Run (5:01am); and Cherokee Lane (5:12am).

A caller was suspicious of man hanging around the front of TJ Maxx with the alarm constantly sounding. Police responded. Manager confirmed there was no active shoplifting situation and was waiting on a technician to repair the alarm. (1:00pm)

A caller reported a past hit and run at the Willowbrook Rehab. (2:59pm)

M. Tallini (40, North Reading) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Recording A False Value. Alleged incident took place at Target in Wilmington. (5:06pm)

T. Allien (34, Woburn) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. (6:32pm)
