Police notified DPW of a spill of gravel in the travel lane at Andover Street and Route 125. (8:11am)
J. Marie Smith (47, Everett) was served a summons for Larceny Under $1200. Smith allegedly stole an iPhone. (10:59am)
A vehicle struck a tree on Fordham Road. Driver had facial lacerations. Airbags deployed. Vehicle was towed. Driver was cited for hands free violation; speed; and marked lanes violation. (11:17am)
