WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for December 18, 2025: Man Arrested For Assault & Batter With A Dangerous Weapon; Woman Served Summons After Vehicle Crashes On Its Side & Catches Fire

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, December 18, 2025:

A. Iovanna (37, Revere) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. (2:26am)

C. Manuel Arias (43, Lowell) was arrested for Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon; Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (x3); and Malicious Destruction Of Property Valued At Over $1200. Caller reported he had an altercation and another party tried to strike him with their vehicle. (11:42am)

J. Luis Melendez Rodriguez (34, Lowell) was arrested for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. (11:42am)

A. Alves Silva (54, Woburn) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. (4:20pm)

M. Dupras-Stcyr (49, Tewksbury) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; Marked Lanes Violation; and Speeding. A caller reported a car is on its side and on fire on Salem Street, near the North Intermediate School. All occupants self-extricated. Street was shut down and vehicle was towed. (6:00pm)
