D. Howard (66, Wilmington) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License For OUI/CDL/MVH. Howard involved in a minor 2-vehicle crash on Main Street. (2:03pm)
A caller reported she was out walking her dog on Congress Street and a man she didn’t recognize began yelling at her and threatening to send his dogs after her. Police responded and could not locate main question. (4:18pm)
A walk-in party reported a fight between two dogs at the Town Dog Park earlier today. (5:45pm)
