RANDOLPH, MA — Bridget Anderson, M.Ed., BCBA, has been promoted to Vice President of Educational Services at May Institute, a national leader in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interdisciplinary care for autistic individuals and individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injury, and neurobehavioral disorders.
In her new role, Bridget will oversee three May Schools located in Randolph, Mansfield, and Wilmington, Massachusetts, providing strategic direction and guidance for educational initiatives for autistic students. Through her leadership, she will ensure that teams across each campus deliver high-quality instruction grounded in ABA and other evidence-based practices. Bridget’s focus will be to promote academic excellence, clinical support, and continuous improvement across all three schools, while advancing best practices that support meaningful outcomes for students and their families.
Since joining May Institute in 2007, Bridget has held multiple roles, including Teacher Assistant, Family Services Coordinator, Director of Family Support Services, Director of School Operations, Interim Executive Director, and Assistant Executive Director. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of May School | West Springfield.

In 2020, Bridget was honored by May Institute with an Exceptional Service Award. Bridget earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College and a master’s degree in Education in School Counseling from Salem State University. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed in School Counseling by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Her professional affiliations include the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) and Massachusetts Professionals in Behavior Analysis (BABAT).
