THIS WEEKEND: 2025 Wilmington Santa Parade Set For December 7

Below is a press release from the organizers of the Wilmington Santa Parade:

WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington’s Santa Parade is back again this year! The parade is scheduled for Sunday, December 7, 2025 and will kick off starting at 8am. We will be collecting toy and food pantry donations along the parade route by passing them to the elves on the A&S Towing truck in the parade line-up. Residents also have the option of dropping them off at the Wilmington Public Safety Building. Toy donations will go to Wilmington children in need through the Wilmington Fire Department’s Toys for Children Drive. The town’s food pantry will receive the food collected.

As always, we will collect letters for military troops. It would be greatly appreciated if we could get as many letters as possible. If you have a sport, scouts, dance, or any kind of group that would like to do this for a project, that would be great. The letters can also be passed to the elves on the trucks on the parade route.

The parade route will be published soon in detail on the event Facebook page, “Wilmington, MA Santa Parade”. People can check out the approximate times and the route on the Facebook page. They can also get live updates on that same page throughout the day during the parade.

The Santa Parade Facebook page reminds everyone that the safety of the volunteers and the public coming out to see the “big guy” is paramount. Inclement weather and road conditions could change the route and timing of the parade. Published times are approximate as traffic conditions may also impact the schedules.
