A caller reported train gates are half up and half down at Concord Street and Federal Street. Police notified Keolis, which responded. (5:32am)
Morgan Lynch (31, Wilmington) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. (10:23am)
Wilmington Police found a party missing out of Tewksbury, with a BOLO, in the area of Main Street and Middlesex Avenue. Fire Department evaluated party. Tewksbury Police arrived on scene. (12:21pm)
A crash involving 3 vehicles occurred near Market Basket. Fire Department transported one individual. Vehicles were towed. One driver was cited for improper turn and marked lanes violation. (2:31pm)
