Luzssette Alberto (28, Lawrence) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration. (1:12am)
A Main Street caller reported a man smoking out of a crack pike in his front lawn. Man started walking towards Tewksbury. Police checked the area. The man had made it into Tewksbury. (12:45pm)
A Marion Street caller reported a female was driving erratically and screaming. Caller was concerned about her wellbeing. Police responded and stopped driver. Driver explained she was offended by Halloween decorations she had driven by and was the reason she was yelling. (2:09pm)
