Santa Parade, 24-Hour Burger King, Expanded Bus Service, Special Town Meeting & More On Agenda For November 10 Select Board Meeting

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Select Board meets this Monday, November 10, 2025 at 7pm in Room 9 of Town Hall.

There are some noteworthy items on Monday night’s agenda, including:

— The Select Board will consider a request to amend the common victualer license to allow the the Burger King on Lowell Street to operate 24 hours a day. The Board will also consider a request to obtain a common victualer license from the new owners of Peter’s Roast Beef on Lowell Street.

— The Select Board will hear from LRTA Administrator David Bradley about a proposal to expand bus service in Wilmington.

— Police Chief Brian Pupa and Police Sgt. Daniel Furbush will discuss plans for the 2025 Santa Parade.

— The Select Board will discuss the recent Finance Committee’s Public Hearing regarding the November 20, 2025 Special Town Meeting.

— The Select Board will vote to execute a collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME Local 1703, Unit 1.

— The Select Board will consider an appointment to the Wilmington Economic Development Committee made by Select Board member Jacob Gearwar.
