WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, October 28, 2025:
Market Basket employees reported a man was approaching customers inside the store, asking for money. Police advised man against panhandling. A friend was enroute to pick him up in the McDonald’s parking lot. (2:33pm)
Police assisted with traffic while lights were on flash at the Woburn Street and Lowell Street intersection. (5:54pm)
A caller reported a vehicle crash into a tree on Andover Street. 3 parties from vehicle took off on foot up Andover Street towards Route 125. Police responded. Vehicle doors were locked. Vehicle was towed. (8:59pm)
