Carlos Mendez (33, Lynn) was arrested for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; Failure To Stop/Yield; and No Or Expired Inspection Sticker. (4:43pm)

Thomas F. Doyle IV (40, Wilmington) was served a summons for Malicious Destruction of Property (valued at less than $1200) and Threatening To Commit A Crime. Caller reported he observed on his home camera his neighbor throwing things around and smashing his pumpkin. (8:27pm)
Liam Patrick O’Brien (41, Woburn) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Possession Of Open Container Of Alcohol In Motor Vehicle. O’Brien was involved in a 2-vehicle crash at Chestnut Street and Mill Road. Both vehicles towed. No injuries noted. (9:53pm)
