WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for October 20, 2025: Alleged Assault & Battery At Restaurant; Daytime Home Break-In Not What It Appears

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, October 20, 2025:

Eneias Silva (50, Medford) was served a summons for Speeding In Violation Of Special Regulation and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License. (2:04am)

Robin Domek (64, Wilmington) was served a summons for Assault & Battery stemming from an incident at Pacific Grove on October 17, 2025. (11:01am)

Citizens’ Security reported man possibly living out of van in bank’s parking lot. Police had conversation with the party. Bank manager will contact landlord regarding potential trespass notice. (12:03pm)

A caller reported a male in a grey hoodie appears to be trying to enter a residence on Ogunquit Road through a rear window. Police responded. Party checked OK. He was the homeowner’s grandson who was locked out. He decided to wait on porch until grandmother returned home. (12:32pm)
