WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for October 19, 2025: Crash Leads To OUI Arrest; Man Gets In Trouble For Allegedly Smashing Neighbor’s Pumpkin

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, October 19, 2025:

Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout in the Planet Fitness parking lot. (9:22am)

A caller reported an ATV and dirt bike doing donuts in the middle of the roadway on Andover Street and took off behind a business. Police responded and located juveniles. They stated they were testing out their new ATV and dirt bikes on property they own. Parents confirmed they have permission to use the machines on that business’s property. (4:42pm)

Thomas F. Doyle IV (40, Wilmington) was served a summons for Malicious Destruction of Property (valued at less than $1200) and Threatening To Commit A Crime. Caller reported he observed on his home camera his neighbor throwing things around and smashing his pumpkin. (8:27pm)

Liam Patrick O’Brien (41, Woburn) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Possession Of Open Container Of Alcohol In Motor Vehicle. O’Brien was involved in a 2-vehicle crash at Chestnut Street and Mill Road. Both vehicles towed. No injuries noted. (9:53pm)
