WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, October 13, 2025:
Zachary Steven McGuire (29, Melrose) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Marked Lanes Violation. His vehicle was parked in the middle of Woburn Street. McGuire appeared to be asleep behind the wheel. (2:49am)
Yoel Antonio Mateo Hernandez (29, Salem) was arrested for Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. Police responded to report of two men fighting. (8:24am)
Manager at McKinnon’s reported a verbal argument between two customers over a road rage incident. (12:08pm)
A driver struck a pole on Shawsheen Avenue. No injuries noted. RMLD and Verizon notified. Driver was cited for hands free violation. (12:49pm)
