A resident reported a cat was struck by a vehicle on Salem Street and appeared to be deceased. (12:36pm)
Julio Cesar Cortez (21, Billerica) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; Failure To Stop/Yield; and No Or Expired Inspection Sticker. (7:01pm)
Ismael Manuel Alejandro Concepcion (19, Revere) was served a summons for Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration. (8:44pm)
A vehicle struck a house on Mink Run Road. Vehicle flipped on its roof. No injuries noted. Vehicle towed. Driver cited for negligent operation, marked lanes violation and using an electronic device while driving. (10:55pm)
