WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, October 3, 2025:
Police brought an injured possum to Newhouse Wildlife Rescue in Chelmsford. (10:58am)
A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Lowell Street and Woburn Street. Airbags deployed. Both vehicles towed. No injuries noted. One driver was given a written warning for a red light violation. (1:44pm)
At the request of staff, police moved along an unhoused man from Shell Gas Station on Main Street who had been on site for over 30 minutes. (4:00pm)
A caller reported a possible road rage incident between two male parties at the lights at Church Street and Burlington Avenue. Both parties got out of their vehicles, had a fist fight, and continued straight on Burlington Avenue. (5:29pm)
