WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, October 2, 2025:
A caller reported a vehicle was smoking in the Citizens Bank parking lot. Operator had a portable ashtray in car that caught fire. Fire was extinguished by the time police arrived. (2:26pm)
A caller reported a vehicle struck his rock wall at the corner of Main Street and Pine Avenue. Vehicle drove on. Police located vehicle in the Senior Center parking lot and spoke with driver. (3:35pm)
A caller reported a tractor trailer unit causing a traffic issue by attempting to back out onto Burlington Avenue from Deming Way. (8:10pm)
