Slice & Dice- A Pizza and Table Top Game Night
Tuesday, October 7, 6-8pm
Join Librarians Mary and Marie for Slice & Dice, our monthly pizza and table top game night for adults. Each month, we’ll kick off with a featured game, followed by open play where you can explore our game library or bring your own favorites to share with the group!
Tiny Art Show Reception
Wednesday, October 8, 6pm
Make sure to visit the first floor of the library to view the Tiny Art Show Artwork between 10/8-10/22! And join us for the reception on October 8th. Enjoy tiny treats and refreshments while viewing the teeny tiny artwork created by patrons of all ages on display at the library!
Craft & Chat

Enjoy making a craft while socializing with others! This craft group meets the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm. This month’s craft: felted skeleton. All craft supplies will be provided.
Fun & Function of iPhone

Whether you’re new to the iPhone or looking to unlock its hidden potential, this session will cover essential tips, tricks, and features to make your device both practical and enjoyable.
Needleworkers

This is a social group for those who do any kind of needle craft. Bring your knitting, crocheting, quilting, etc. and enjoy conversation and camaraderie. Drop-in.

Wilmington Community Playgroup

Join Community Teamwork Family Resource Network for a community playgroup where we’ll work on Early Literacy skills and much, much more! Ask CTI about any resources they can help provide for you and your family. Ages 0-6, siblings welcome.
College Essay Workshop
Tuesday, October 7, 6pm
In this workshop, led by professional college essay consultant Jenn Bryson, we will review the writing process, discuss the elements of a successful application essay, and peer edit essays. Grades 9-12.
DnD 101 For Teens

New players who wish to join our regular library campaign (or who just want to learn about the world’s most popular roleplaying game) should attend our 101 sessions, held monthly. Grades 6-12.
Crafternoon

Mark your calendars for an evening with author and local sportscaster Michael Holley, on May 14th! A Boston sports journalist, author and broadcaster, Michael Holley hosts shows on NBC Sports Boston and 98.5 The Sports Hub, while teaching at Boston University. A former Boston Globe journalist, he’s also appeared on ESPN and Peacock. There will be a cash bar, book sales & autograph signing. This is a free event, open to all.

Book Store Next Door
Regular hours are back at The Book Store Next Door! The bookstore is open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am-4pm.
