Shauna Lauren Zella (46, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor; Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; and Failure To Stop/Yield. Zella was involved in a 2-vehicle crash. (9:50am)
A caller reported a past hit and run in the Forever Family Dental parking lot on Lowell Street. Police spoke with both parties and advised them to contact their insurance. (6:11pm)
Sambonn Im (55, Lowell) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Speeding. (10:16pm)
