Deputy Chief Scott Sencabaugh and Chief Brian Pupa Swearing In Ceremony
After the retirement of Chief of Police Joseph Desmond the day prior, new Deputy and Chief, Scott Sencabaugh and Brian Pupa respectively, stepped into their new positions. The department and various other community members and officials were in attendance to celebrate this next chapter of Wilmington Police History. For those who missed attending in person and those who wish to see it again, the ceremony is now available for viewing!
