WILMINGTON, MA — The Casey Canevari Memorial Fund is proud to announce the first annual Casey Canevari Memorial Wilmington Cornhole Tournament & Fundraiser, taking place on Sunday, October 5, 2025, from noon to 3pm, at the Wilmington Farmers Market on the Town Common, located at 140 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA.
This exciting community event, held in partnership with the Wilmington Farmers Market during its popular final week and “Harvest Fest”, will bring friends, families, and cornhole enthusiasts together to celebrate Casey’s memory while raising funds in his honor.
The tournament will feature both Competitive and Amateur brackets, as well as Youth rates, with all matches played under official American Cornhole Association rules. Teams will enjoy a double-elimination format, ensuring plenty of playtime and fun. Raffles, auctions, and food vendors will add to the festive atmosphere.
Proceeds from this inaugural event will benefit Casey’s oldest son Parker (17), specifically his college savings fund. The Canevari Memorial Fund’s mission for fundraising is to reflect Casey’s spirit of community, kindness, and adventure. In future years, the Fund plans to initiate a scholarship fund for a rising senior who wishes to enter the field of travel, tourism and hospitality.
“Casey’s legacy lives on through events like this,” said organizers from the Canevari Memorial Fund. “We are thrilled to honor his memory by bringing people together for a day of fun, competition, and support for his family.”
