Future Of Buzzell School, Apartment Complex Across From Yentile, & More On Agenda For September 22 Select Board Meeting

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Select Board meets this Monday, September 22, 2025 at 7pm in Room 9 of Town Hall.

There are some noteworthy items on Monday night’s agenda, including:

— Building Reuse Committee Chair Dennis Kelley and Vice Chair Jamie Magaldi will discuss their Reuse Viability Assessment of the Buzzell School. The Select Board will also receive a memo from the Town Manager regarding reuse of Town Buildings.

— The Select Board will consider authorizing the Chair to sign the 7 Cross Street regulatory agreement. Robert Peterson Esq. will be present to discuss the agreement and answer questions.

— The Select Board will consider the request of a resident to light the Town Common pink during October to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

— The Select Board will consider the request of the Wildwood PAC to use Rotary Park on Saturday, October 25 at 1pm, 2025, as well as the request of the Friends of WHS Field Hockey to hold a Car Wash in the Municipal Parking Lot on Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 9am to 1pm.
