Join Community Teamwork Family Resource Network for a community playgroup where we’ll work on Early Literacy skills and much, much more! Ask CTI about any resources they can help provide for you and your family. Ages 0-6, siblings welcome
Manga Tryouts
Thursday, September 18, 3:30pm
Have a say in manga purchased for the teen collection with this club! During each meeting, we’ll sample 1st volumes of different manga and vote on whether it should be added to WML’s collection. Grades 6-12
Switch it Up! Video Game Club

Babysitting Course
Saturday, September 20, 10am
In this course, participants ages 11-18 years old will learn the skills needed to become responsible babysitters. The course will teach babysitting safety, how to handle different situations while taking care of children, and provide a 4-H babysitting guide. This is a 2 part course and participants should plan to attend both sessions (Saturday, September 20 from 10am-2pm and Saturday, October 18 from 10am-1pm). Please bring a lunch, and we will provide snacks. Ages 11-18
Teen DnD
Saturday, September 20, 2pm
Looking for a group to play with? Join us for in person Dungeons and Dragons at the library. You may also participate on Discord, a private server. We use DnDBeyond to track and create our characters. Grades 6-12

Join author Sy Montgomery on Thursday, September 25th at 7:30pm (doors open at 6:30pm) as she discusses her journey as an author. There will be a cash bar, book sales & an autograph signing! Sy Montgomery is best known for her books The Good, Good Pig and The Soul of an Octopus. Registration is now open! This is a free event, open to ages 9+, and is located at the Wilmington Senior Center.
Library Card Sign-up Month
September is library card sign up month! Anyone that signs up for a library card in the month of September will get a tote bag, pen, sticker and welcome sheet.

Book Store Next Door
Regular hours are back at The Book Store Next Door! The bookstore is open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am-4pm.
