40B Project On West Street, Future Of WCTV & More On Agenda For September 8 Select Board Meeting

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Select Board meets this Monday, September 8, 2025 at 7pm in Room 9 of Town Hall.

There are some noteworthy items on Monday night’s agenda, including:

— Attorney Robert Peterson will be in front of the Select Board to discuss the regulatory agreement for the 40B project (132 apartments) on West Street. Later in the meeting, the Board will decide whether to authorize the agreement.

— The Select Board will discuss the Cable TV Advisory Task Force, which — based on previous meetings — will likely include a discussion of the future of Wilmington Community Television.

— The Select Board will consider signing an access and drainage easement and agreement for property located at 7 Cross Street.

— The Select Board will consider the request of the Recreation Department to hold the Horribles Parade on Sunday, October 26, 2025.

— The Select Board will consider the requests to sell Christmas trees for Wilmington Methodist Church and Wilmington Boy Scouts Troop 56.

— The Select Board will consider the request of the Decanted Wine Truck for a one-day alcohol license to sell beer and wine at an upcoming library program taking place at the Senior Center.

— The Select Board will consider the ratification of Sean Keleher to the Wilmington Commission on Disabilities.
