EARLY VOTING BEGINS: In-person early voting for the Special Town Election takes place today from 8:30am to 7pm in the Town Clerk’s Office. See the complete schedule HERE.

The Wilmington Board of Health meets at 5:30pm in Room 9 of Town Hall. Read the agenda HERE.

The Wilmington Finance Committee meets at 7pm in the Town Hall Auditorium. The Committee will be holding a Public Hearing for the Special Town Meeting Warrant. Read the agenda HERE.

The Wilmington Senior Center (130 Main Street) is holding the following events and activities: Dance & Tone (9am); Matter of Balance (9:30am); Beading (10:30am); Line Dancing (11am); Lunch & Munch (12pm); and Cardio Fit (1pm). Learn more HERE.

The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following events activities: Preschool Storytime (10am); Mindful Movement (4pm); Slice & Dice – A Pizza and Table Top Game Night (6pm); and DnD 101 for Teens (6pm).

The Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks (777 South Street, Tewksbury) is holding bingo — open to the public — every Tuesday. Doors open at 4:30pm. Bingo starts at 6:45pm.

The Wilmington Town Museum (430 Salem Street) is open for free tours from 10am to 2pm.

TEXTILES WANTED: The Wilmington Educational Foundation has partnered with Baystate Textiles to raise funds through an ongoing textile recycling rebate program. Bag up any of your unwanted footwear, clothing, accessories, linens and stuffed animals and place them in the donation boxes located outside each of Wilmington’s public schools. Donations can be in any condition as long as they’re clean and dry. The Wilmington Educational Foundation will receive a rebate of $100 for every ton of textiles collected.  WEF earns thousands of dollars each year from this fundraiser.
