James A. Miller (33, Waltham) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. (1:36am)
A vehicle struck a tree and telephone pole near the High School. No injuries. Driver was cited for marked lanes violation, hands free violation, and speeding. DPW and RMLD notified. AAA towed the vehicle. (9:31pm)
