Miguel Omar Valdez (32, Wilmington) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; Unregistered Motor Vehicle; and Speeding In Violation Of A Special Regulation. (1:49am)
Scott David Lydon (64, Wilmington) was served a summons for Assault & Battery. Resident reported his neighbor knocked on his truck window and yell at him and then spit on his truck. Caller stated it’s been an ongoing issue with the neighbor due to parking and driveway access. (11:00am)
A car struck a pole and mailbox on Grand Street. No injuries noted. RMLD notified. Vehicle towed. (3:46pm)
