WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, August 15, 2025:
Michael D. Burton (60, Tewksbury) was arrested for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Operating Without An Ignition Interlock. (7:32am)
Animal Control Officer spoke with resident who had a rooster on Nassau Avenue. They were advised of the town bylaws. Resident will make arrangements to remove the rooster. (10:19am)
A caller reported 6-7 teenagers riding their bikes down the middle of the road near the North Intermediate School. Teens were doing wheelies on the double yellow line. Police responded, but could not locate. (3:07pm)
A Cumberland Farm employee reported males were arguing inside their store. Police responded. Men were trying to film a “skit” for their YouTube channel. They were sent on their way. (5:52pm)
