WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a recent legal notice from the Town of Wilmington:

STREET ACCEPTANCE BY BETTERMENT PLAN — 2025 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

The Select Board of the Town of Wilmington gives notice that all informal petitions for warrant articles for Acceptance of Streets by Betterment Plan, so called, in the Town of Wilmington for the 2026 Annual Town Meeting must be filed with the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Wilmington, no later than 4:30 p.m. on September 5, 2025.
