WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for July 31, 2025

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, July 31, 2025:

• Police and Water Department responded to water main break on Lawrence Street. Portion of the road was closed. (4:38am)
• A Carter Lane caller reported damage done to her lawn and her neighbor’s sometime overnight. A car bumper was left at the scene. Neighbors reported hearing drag racing and a loud bang around 10pm. Police were checking surrounding houses for footage. (9:01am)
• A Salem Street resident reported that a lost or stolen credit card was used. (2:04pm)
• A 3-vehicle crash occurred on 93 North Exit 35. Prior to police arrival, one vehicle took off after operator reportedly stated “he did not want to get arrested.” State Police notified. (3:00pm)
