WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Tuesday, August 5, 2025:

  • The Wilmington Police Department is holding its Annual National Night Out event from 5pm to 8pm at Rotary Park. Come spend the evening with the Wilmington Police Department and enjoy:
    • Emergency vehicles and equipment on display
    • Live demonstrations and opportunities to meet local, state, and federal law enforcement
    • Red Heat Tavern will be on-site cooking up dinner available for purchase
    • Games, activities, and fun for all ages
  • The Wilmington Board of Health meets at 5:30pm in Room 9 of Town Hall. Read the agenda HERE.
  • The Wilmington Planning Board meets at 7pm in Room 9 of Town Hall. Read the agenda HERE.
  • The Wilmington Senior Center (130 Main Street) is holding the following events and activities: Dance & Tone (9am); Matter of Balance (9:30am); Beading (10:30am); Line Dancing (11am); Lunch & Munch (12pm); and Cardio Fit (1pm). Learn more HERE.
  • The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following events activities: Outdoor Preschool Storytime (10am); Mindful Movement (4pm); and Slice & Dice – A Pizza and Table Top Game Night (6pm).
  • The Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks (777 South Street, Tewksbury) is holding bingo — open to the public — every Tuesday. Doors open at 4:30pm. Bingo starts at 6:30pm.
  • The Wilmington Town Museum (430 Salem Street) is open for free tours from 10am to 2pm.
