WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, July 24, 2025:
- A tractor trailer unit was stuck on a guardrail at Route 62 and 93 North Exit 34 ramp. Mass State Police Truck Team escorted towed truck from scene. (8:20am)
- Employee at Tender Learning Center reported a group of juveniles were throwing rocks over the fence at kids at this location. Police located juveniles and spoke with parents about the complaint. (10:34am)
- Victoria Joann Puopolo (26, Peabody) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License; Unregistered Motor Vehicle; and No Or Expired Inspection Sticker. (10:56am)
- A garbage truck operator reported his truck was struck by a vehicle trying to go around it in the area of Middlesex Avenue and Mystic Avenue. (11:03am)
- A past shoplifting incident was reported at TJ Maxx. (1:10pm)
- McDonald’s employee reported man was sitting inside restaurant for past 4 hours, smoking a marijuana pen and yelling at customers and staff. Police responded and located man in Starbucks. Man explained he was in between treatment facilities and would be getting picked up his next treatment facility in a few hours. (3:34pm)
