Slice and Dice- A Pizza and Table Top Game Night

Join Librarians Mary and Marie for Slice & Dice, our monthly pizza and table top game night for adults. Each month, we’ll kick off with a featured game, followed by open play where you can explore our game library or bring your own favorites to share with the group!

Learn to Fish with MassWildlife
Thursday, August 7, 5:30-7pm
Join us at Silver Lake to learn how to set up your rod, tie knots, cast, and identify fish with MassWildlife Angler Education. Open to all skill levels, no fishing license is required.
After Hours: Line Dancing in the Library Lot
Friday, August 8, 6-8pm
Back by popular demand – break out your boots and come dance with us! Never line danced before? Join Instructor Julie Kaufmann for an introductory lesson at 6pm. Already a pro? The DJ set will start at 7pm.

Animal Adventures Live Animal Show

With keyboard, felt board, and finger puppets, Dara weaves songs (old and new favorites) and creative movement for a fun-filled musical program! Ages 2-5, siblings welcome
LEGO Building

Build with LEGOs at the same time as other LEGO fans and display what you make in the library! Grades K-5
Pokémon Card Trading
Saturday, August 9, 10am
Come by the library to trade cards! This event will focus on Pokémon trading cards, but attendees can bring any cards they wish to trade. Grades K-5, siblings welcome

WML’s Summer Reading is Back!
The Summer Reading Program is here! Register and log your reading online at wilmlibrary.beanstack.org or grab a paper log at the library. Throughout the summer you can collect prizes and raffle tickets by reading and completing activities. This year’s theme is Level Up at Your Library, running from June 23rd to August 13th.
Mark your calendars!
Join author Sy Montgomery on Thursday, September 25th at 7:30pm (doors open at 6:30pm) as she discusses her journey as an author. There will be a cash bar, book sales & an autograph signing! Sy Montgomery is best known for her books A Good, Good Pig and The Soul of an Octopus. Stay tuned for more info! This is a free event, open to all, and is located at the Wilmington Senior Center.
Book Store Next Door
Regular hours are back at The Book Store Next Door! The bookstore is open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am-4pm.
