WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for July 13, 2025: House Possibly Broken Into; 2 Drivers Served Summonses

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, July 13, 2025:

  • Nehemias Manases Alvarez (24, Lynn) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration; Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License; and Registration Not In Possession. (2:39am)
  • Dog bit a firefighter. Animal Control Officer will follow up with dog owner at Horseshoe Lane. (10:21am)
  • Michael Gitschier (54, Boston) was served a summons for Receiving Stolen Property; Unregistered Motor Vehicle; Uninsured Motor Vehicle; and Number Plate Violation To Conceal ID. (11:19am)
  • A car struck a dog on Federal Street. Police escorted dog owner to Animal Hospital in Woburn. (4:42pm)
  • A Woburn Street caller reported her home was possibly broken into. She came home and her lights were on, back door was unlocked, and house and garage were a mess. Police advised her not to touch anything. Detectives responded. North Reading Police recently had a possibly similar B&E. (9:53pm)
