WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for July 11, 2025

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, July 11, 2025:

• Baby deer struck by a vehicle on Ballardvale Street. Deer was able to run off into the woods before police arrived. (8:17am)
• Caller reported a past motor vehicle crash involving a Cassella garbage truck, which did not stop, at intersection of Lowell Street and West Street. (3:43pm)
• A caller reported a suspicious adult male on the Shawsheen School playground by himself. He seemed to be hiding behind playground equipment. Police responded. Man was doing some exercises after his run. Situation checked OK. (3:45pm)
• A woman reported that someone vandalized her vehicle, parked on Grove Avenue. (4:24pm)
