WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, July 4, 2025:
- A caller reported his vehicle is disabled on the highway. AAA is responding, but they are unable to transport the caller’s infant in a car seat. Police provided transport to Firestone. (8:16am)
- Car struck the overhang supports at The Corner Store on Shawsheen Avenue. A second car was damaged. Fire and Police responded. No injuries noted. Vehicle towed. Storefront was taped off. (1:10pm)
- Savers Manager reported 2 customers reported another customer was performing a lewd act in the furniture section. Police responded. Manager was advised customer can be trespassed through corporate. (3:24pm)
- Fire Department responded to brush fire on Houghton Road. (9:11pm)
