WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for July 3, 2025

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, July 3, 2025:

• Gaurav Kumar Goyal (43, North Reading) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration. (7:04am)
• Melanie B. Earner (36, Wilmington) was served a summons for Assault & Battery and Malicious Destruction of Property. Earner allegedly grabbed a woman by her t-shirt and shoved her a few times. Alleged incident took place in the Target parking lot over two vehicle’s door striking another. (10:29am)
• Robert Tocco (54, Gloucester) was arrested for receiving Stolen Property. Juvenile reported his bicycle was stolen outside of Market Basket. Police reviewed security footage from Market Basket and identified male who took the bike, which was located outside on Avalon Drive. (6:27pm)
• Sanderson N. Nunes Bessa (30, Wilmington) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Marked Lanes Violation. (10:04pm)
