WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for June 22, 2025

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, June 22, 2025:

  • A caller reported two high school-aged boys were throwing rocks at a protected species of birds in the Town Beach parking lot. Police responded, but could not locate the boys. Caller will follow up with the Animal Control Officer. (11:46am)
  • Police, Fire and RMLD responded to a tree smoldering from electrical wires on Middlesex Avenue. (7:58pm)
  • A caller reported 8-10 kids were kicking and trying to break the playground equipment between the Woburn Street School. Police responded and advised the kids. (8:23pm)
  • Police noted a black Dodge pickup driving down 93 South with no front right tire and sparks flying. Meanwhile, a caller reported being struck by the pickup. State Police was notified and responded. (9:34pm)
