WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for June 14, 2025

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, June 14, 2025:
  • A vehicle struck a pole on West Street. Both parties transported by Fire Department. Vehicle towed. Police notified Verizon. (12:29am)
  • Police assisted antique fire engines to the Shriners Auditorium. (9:51am)
  • A Town Beach lifeguard reported a male party bypassed showing ID to get into the beach and was giving lifeguards a hard time. When asked to leave he said he was not leaving and to call the police. Male party left the beach, but threatened to return. Police restored the peace and advised the man of consequences of returning. Lifeguard will notify head lifeguard about doing a no trespass order. (4:21pm)
  • Police stood by while lifeguards closed the beach for the night. (5:58pm)
  • Leonel Medeiros (63, Medford) was arrested as a courtesy booking for Medford Police. (10:20pm)
  • A 911 caller reported his cat just passed away and he wasn’t sure what to do. He was advised it was not a police matter and to contact an emergency veterinarian or bring to the vet. (11:27pm)
