- Jacob Stotz (31, Marion, OH) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. Stotz was involved in a 2-vehicle crash. His dog in vehicle was placed with the Lowell Humane Society. (2:41pm)
