FIELD TRIP: Public Health Museum Outdoor Campus Tour
Tuesday, June 17, 6pm
Led by a knowledgeable volunteer guide, the Public Health Museum invites you to explore life in days past on the grounds of the Tewksbury Hospital, the history of a vibrant community, its architecture, the lives of its patients and staff, and its connection to public health.
Needleworkers
Friday, June 20, 10am-12pm
This is a social group for those who do any kind of needle craft. Bring your knitting, crocheting, quilting, etc. and enjoy conversation and camaraderie. Drop-in.
FIELD TRIP: The Longest Day Event

Join the Wilmington Senior Center and the WML in outshining the darkness of Alzheimer’s with an event on the day of the year with the most light – the summer solstice. Our Longest Day® event will include a memory/Storywalk®, a craft, food, music, and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer’s.

Gear Up for Summer Reading at WML
The Summer Reading Program is quickly approaching! Register and log your reading online at wilmlibrary.beanstack.org or grab a paper log at the library. Throughout the summer you can collect prizes and raffle tickets by reading and completing activities. This year’s theme is Level Up at Your Library, running from June 23rd to August 13th.
Save the Date: Author Talk with Jarrett J. Krosoczka
Join author Jarrett J. Krosoczka on July 22nd at 6pm, as he shares his popular books, including kid’s graphic novel series, Lunch Lady and teen graphic memoir, Hey, Kiddo, with a live drawing demo, Q&A, book signing, and meet-and-greet. This event is for all ages and will be held at the Wilmington Senior Center.

Did you know Wilmington Memorial Library circulates more than just books? Check out our Adult, Teen and Youth Library of Things for fun and useful items to use this summer. Book Store Next Door
Regular hours are back at The Book Store Next Door! The bookstore is open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am-4pm.
