WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Thursday, June 5, 2025:

  • The Wilmington Recreation Commission meets at 5pm in Room 9 of Town Hall. Read the agenda HERE.
  • The Wilmington SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) meets at 6:30pm via ZOOM. Learn more HERE.
  • Wilmington residents are invited to the Tewksbury Community Market, from 4pm to 7pm, at Livingston Street Park (288 Livingston Street). More than 35 vendors will be on hand. See the list HERE.
  • The Wilmington Senior Center (130 Main Street) is holding the following events and activities: Hiking Group (9am); Gentle Yoga (9am); Weight Loss Support Group (9:30am); Art (9:45am); Meditation (10am); Knitting & Crocheting (10:30am); Cardio Drumming (1pm); Ceramics (1:30pm); and Functionally Fit (2pm).   • The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding the following events and activities: Baby Time (10am) and Visit with Therapy Alpacas (6pm).
  • TEXTILES WANTED: The Wilmington Educational Foundation has partnered  (with Baystate Textiles to raise funds through an ongoing textile recycling rebate program. Bag up any of your unwanted footwear, clothing, accessories, linens and stuffed animals and place them in the donation boxes located outside each of Wilmington’s public schools. Donations can be in any condition as long as they’re clean and dry. The Wilmington Educational Foundation will receive a rebate of $100 for every ton of textiles collected.  WEF earns thousands of dollars each year from this fundraiser.
