WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for May 23, 2025: Vehicles Broken Into In 99 & Red Heat Tavern Parking Lots

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, May 23, 2025:
  • Police rescued several ducklings from the MBTA Parking Lot on Main Street. (11:51am)
  • Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout in the Golden Ginger parking lot. (4:55pm)
  • A caller reported her vehicle was broken into. Her passenger side window was smashed while parked in the 99 parking lot from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Caller said nothing appeared to be taken. (9:30pm)
  • A caller reported their vehicle was broken into in the Red Heat Tavern parking lot. Window was smashed and a bag containing credit cards was taken. A second vehicle also had a bag taken. Police put out a “BOLO” from smash & grabs and checked surrounding lots, including Tremezzo, Frangos, and the Lucci Plaza lot. (10:04pm)
