Below is a roadway paving notice from the Wilmington Department of Public Works:
Burlington Ave from Swain Road to Dell Drive
Woburn Street from Tracy Circle to Lowell Street Intersection (milling)
Please be advised that the Wilmington Department of Public Works will continue resurfacing the above roadways potentially starting Thursday May 29, 2025, weather permitting. This date may be slightly altered due to potential delays with the town’s roadway contractor.
Burlington Ave will be partially closed in the westbound direction and detoured using Boutwell Street to Aldrich Road to Forest Street during this operation, similar to last summer’s brief detour during the first phase of paving.
Local residents will have access to their properties, although there may be short delays.
Please obey the directives of police details, detour signs, and warning signs during all construction operations. Please do not park on the street during operations.
