Wilmington’s Upton Crossing Industrial Campus Sold For $72 Million

WILMINGTON, MA — The Davis Companies recently sold Upton Crossing (36 Upton Drive) in Wilmington to Hines Global Income Trust for $72,789,750.

Located just off I-93 North, the 27-acre site features two Class A warehouse/distribution facilities, of approximately 100,000 RSF each.

The projects delivered in June 2023 and in fall 2024, after signing a 10-year lease agreement with a confidential snack food company, more than two-thirds of the campus’ rentable square feet is now occupied.

The acquisition involved Laura Hines-Pierce and Jeffrey C. Hines representing Hines Global Income Trust, who purchased the property from Jonathan G. Davis, representing The Davis Companies. This transaction showcases a significant investment in the industrial sector in the Wilmington market.
