WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Sunday, May 18, 2025:

  • The Friendship Lodge (32 Church Street) is hosting a free Car Show, from 11am to 3pm. In addition to classic cars and modern muscle cars, this family-friendly event will feature live music from the Infra-Red Band, plus food and concessions.
  • The Wilmington High School High School Boys Lacrosse Team is holding a Car Wash Fundraiser, from 9am to noon, outside the Wilmington Public Buildings Department (30 Church Street). Donations of any size are appreciated. Cash or Venmo (@Wilmington_Lacrosse) accepted.
  • The Ipswich River Community Chorus is holding its 40th Anniversary Concert from 4pm to 6pm at Wilmington High School. Learn more HERE.
  • The Middlesex Canal Museum and Visitors’ Center (71 Faulkner Street, North Billerica) is open from noon to 4pm.  Learn about the canal, which travels through Wilmington.
  • RAFFLE FUNDRAISER: The Wilmington Fourth of July Committee is holding raffle to help support the fireworks displays during its 2025 celebration. Tickets cost $50. Only 350 tickets will be sold. The top prize is $1,500, with 10 $500 additional prizes. The drawing will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Reach out to a committee member or email fofcommittee@gmail.com to purchase a ticket. The Fun on the Fourth Celebration is privately funded with generous support of businesses and residents.
