LETTER: Wilmington Library Director Thanks Friends Of The Library For Successful Jewelry Sale Fundraiser

Dear Editor,

On behalf of the Wilmington Memorial Library staff, I would like to thank the Friends of the Wilmington Library for their work on their fifth annual Jewelry Sale.

Held on April 4 & 5, this sale was once again very successful. All the proceeds go to supporting library programs, services, and staff professional development.

All the members of the Friends executive board and Jewelry Sale Committee are tireless volunteers who put in countless hours preparing for and implementing this unique fundraising endeavor.

The sale attracted hundreds of shoppers over both days.

Thank you also to all who donated jewelry to the sale.

We’ll see you all next year when you shop for that next bejeweled bargain!
